The texture of these noodles is spot on. These are long and slippery with a pleasing non-squidgy, non-sticky texture.
All in all, the flavor of these noodles is good. It does have a mild kick of red chilli, but nothing that we couldn’t bear. All the people on our panel with low chilli tolerance were able to eat this without reaching out for a glass of water.
