Cornflakes + Puffed rice + Veggies = DELISH!

One of the quickest chaats to make is a crunchy cornflakes bhel. Mix chopped onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, green chilies and coriander leaves in a bowl. Add puffed rice and cornflakes. You can add sev and peanuts if you have some at home. For the dressing, in a small bowl add a tablespoon of honey, juice of one squeezed lemon, salt, and pepper. When you eat these tikkis, the person sitting next to you will surely need earplugs because the crunch is SO loud. Grate and knead some mashed paneer till it gets a mouth-melting texture. Turn them into small bite-sized tikkis and coat them with crushed cornflakes. Deep fry them till golden. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top. Serve with lachcha pyaaz and green chutney.

Note – If you think the mix is too soft and the tikkis aren’t binding, add a slice of bread to it. If you are looking for more paneer recipes, here is a list of 30 paneer dishes that can be made at home.
