Our Review Factors

What do we expect? We were looking for crunchy cookies which are not crumbly and nor are they greasy to touch, with balanced sweetness and fresh taste.

We examined both the variants from Priyagold Butter Bite Cookies on the following parameters:

1. Taste

We look for different aspects in this segment – sweetness, flavor of butter, nuttiness, overall taste, and freshness. How well does the flavor justify the labels?

2. Texture

The whole purpose of having cookies gets ruined, if they lack a pronounced crunch or are crumbly. We examine the overall crunch and crispness here. Do these break apart easily? Are they greasy to touch?

Taste, Aroma & Texture

These cookies emit a prominent aroma of coconut. These cookies are extremely sweet in taste. However, the pieces of almonds deliciously cut down the sweetness. The coconut powder adds a nice nutty flavor. But, the tiny bits of pista were not prominent in every bite. Texture-wise, we give these cookies full marks. These are perfectly crisp and have a crunchy bite.
