3. Taste

We tasted the McVities Dark Cookie Cream biscuits in three parts to gain a better idea about the overall taste of these biscuits: 

First Stage :

When we took a bite of the biscuit alone, it had a mix of both chocolate and coconut flavor.  They did not taste overly sweet and the chocolate flavor was mild. 

Second Stage :

After tasting the biscuit alone, we now tasted the cream inside these biscuits. The cream, when had as it is, tastes very sweet. It has a delicious vanilla flavor. 

Third Stage :

The collective bite! As we took a bite, the flavor of coconut instantly enveloped our palate. Coconut flavor isn’t loved by many, so that might be an issue for some. 

Due to the dominating flavor of coconut, the chocolate flavor is not that prominent. The overall sweetness is also low. 

4. Appearance

These are sandwich biscuits having a moist vanilla cream in between. The cream is placed between two dark colored biscuits. The center of these biscuits have the words McVities inscribed on it. Along the edges, these biscuits have a beautiful border. 

5. Aroma

On opening the pack, there was a dominant aroma of vanilla and coconut. 

6. Texture

McVities Dark Cookie Cream biscuits are crisp and do not crumble as you eat. Thumbs up for its texture! The vanilla cream between these biscuits has a moist texture.

The packaging of these biscuits is vibrant and colorful. As we opened the pack, we were quite impressed as these sandwich biscuits were placed in a tray. None of the biscuits were broken. 

These biscuits have an intense aroma of vanilla followed by coconut. Taste-wise, it has a mild flavor of chocolate and dominant flavor of coconut. In comparison to other cream sandwich biscuits, the sweetness is very controlled. 

These biscuits are crisp and do not crumble.
