Price And Packaging
Knorr mast masala packing has a very attractive color in purple and green. There are four noodle cakes with four sachets of soup powder in a single pack.
Once you open the Knorr Soupy Noodles Mast Masala pack, and don’t intend to use the entire pack, then make sure to clip and store the remaining noodles to avoid spoilage, just like any multi-pack instant noodles.
300 gms pack is for INR 60/- which is quite reasonable. This means that each portion is around Rs 15/.
Ingredients
Refined wheat flour (Maida), Palm oil/Palmolein, Iodised Salt, Sugar, Mixed Spices, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Dehydrated Vegetables (Carrot (0.78%). Leeks (0.08%), Onion Powder, Wheat Gluten, garlic powder, edible vegetable fat, flavour enhancer – 627 & 631, acidity regulator – 500(ii), texturizer – 451(i), anti caking agent – 551, Thickener – 415, Antioxidant – 319.
Per serving proves 310 calories and 1442 mg of sodium.
Method Of Preparation
Pour 300 ml of water in a pan, add noodles & entire contents of soup powder, mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stir occasionally. Do not dry the noodles completely. Serve hot as soupy noodles.
How We Made It?
We followed the exact recipe given at the back of the pack. We made the Knorr Soupy Noodles on our Amazon induction in a small stainless steel kadhai.
We measured and added 300 ml water in a kadhai and added a noodle cake to it along with a sachet of the soup powder/seasoning. Mix everything with a fork and cook on medium-high heat, stirring in between. The pack suggests you cook this for 3 minutes.
It took us a little over 5 minutes to completely cook the noodles. We felt that the noodles were not completely done after 3 minutes.

Cooking Process
In just 5 to 6 minutes, you have the soupy noodles from the pack to your bowl. You only need one pot for making this, thus making it convenient to cook for people who own a small kitchen with basic utensils.
Taste
The taste is supposed to be perfect for the Indian palate as Indians love chatpata, masala flavors. During our taste test of the Knorr Soupy Noodles Mast Masala, we found that not only is the taste tangy, but these noodles offer a subtle spiciness along with a dash of sweetness, giving the dish an overall balanced blend of flavors.
Texture & Consistency
In terms of the consistency, Knorr Soupy Noodles Mast Masala is a filling soup that claims to have the goodness of veggies and noodles in it.
We also could see bits of diced dehydrated carrots and very finely chopped leeks in our bowl of soupy noodles. These add a nice bite to the noodles.
The only issue with Knorr Soupy Noodles Mast Masala is that the dehydrated vegetables added are not really enough. However, the pack has a suggestion to add more boiled veggies of your choice.
