A 100-gram pack of these banana chips is priced at Rs 50/-. It has a shelf life of six months. The chips are packed in a regular, non-resealable pack with an inviting graphic of the snack inside.
Main Ingredients
Banana (64%), refined palmolien oil, seasoning mix powder (pepper powder (4%), dried mango powder, asafoetida, mint powder, acidity regulator (INS 330), ginger, coriander, cumin, chilli, cassa leaves, triphala, turmeric, clove sticks), iodized salt, and black salt.
Taste & Texture
These featured a homemade wafer-like thickness with an ordinary crunch. The chips were fresh and crisp but had a super slight softness to the bite. All pieces were evenly and generously coated with the seasoning mix.
Moving to the flavors, the black pepper kick was pleasing. We could also taste the natural banana flavor. This was addictive, as we couldn’t stop going back for seconds. Best of all, there was no oily aftertaste.
