Maggi Pazzta (Masala Penne): #FirstImpressions

Check out our first impressions of maggi pazzta penne masala

Maggi is amongst the most well-known and long-standing brands when it comes to instant noodles. In fact, so large and loyal is its fan following, that often its competitor products are described on the basis on whether they taste like Maggi or not! However, recent years have seen the expansion of the ‘Maggi‘ brand into new products such as cooking masalas and ready to cook pasta. Maggi’s pasta, which is distributed under the brand name of ‘Pazzta,’ is also available in multiple flavor variants. Its Pazzta Masala Penne variant, among the more popular and advertised variants, is the subject of our first impressions taste test this time.

#FirstImpressions Of Maggi Pazzta Masala Penne

MAGGI PAZZTA MASALA PENNE
True to its name, Pazzta Masala Penne, is a desi-style masaledar penne pasta. It would be a treat for Maggi Masala lovers, only this time you get penne pasta instead of noodles.

They may be similar in flavor, but that’s where the similarities between Maggi Masala and Pazzta Masala Penne end.

Pazzta Masala Penne is made of 100% suji (rawa), and not refined flour.

The cooked product is tasty, it cooked well, although it takes longer than the instructions suggest. We needed to simmer for nearly 15 minutes in order for the penne to cook well. This also gave the water time to evaporate.

The Masala TASTEMAKER is the real star here, with adequate Indian masalas to give it a desi twist. Pazzta Masala Penne is non-spicey, so those who don’t like their red chilies may enjoy this more.
