The Three Variants Of Eat Anytime Health Bars

1. Butterscotch

2. Mango Ginger

As the name suggests, instead of oats, this health bar contains dehydrated mangoes (15%) and also black dates (47%). A single bar (38g) contains about 161 Kcal, and apart from that, it has relatively higher sugar content (13.14 g) as compared to the butterscotch variant.

#FirstImpressions Of Eat Anytime Health Bars: Here Is What We Think After Trying All Of Its Three Variants

We liked all three flavors. These are chewy bars and we believe make for good snacking options every now and then. The Butterscotch tastes good, albeit a little dry. The flavor is mild and will be liked by those who love butterscotch as a flavor. Mango Ginger is a must-try. Chewy and filling, it balances the sweetness of mango with a hint of ginger really well. The third flavor, Orange is delightfully zesty. With little chewy chunks of black dates, the bar is refreshingly tasty.

The brand calls these bars – Chikki Sweatmeats – and the texture of these bars does remind you of homemade chikkis from a long time ago.

At 160 to 180 calories per bar (roughly), you may choose not to have this every day, especially when trying to lose weight, but as an occasional snack for the lazy, or a more regular snack for the super-active, Any Time Eats’ snack bars are a healthier, hygienic option for sure.
