Paperboat is quite popular for its long list of ready-to-serve Indian traditional beverages. Apart from being refreshing and tasteful, Paperboat drinks have a historical and geographical significance to them, which is what makes them stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Although, when we think about Paperboat, we can’t help but mention the companies love for mangoes and its mango-flavored drinks. Paperboat’s mango juices have 3 distinct flavors of mango (aam) drinks: aamras, Alphonso aam, and the already popular aam panna.

We decided to try all of the paperboat mango flavors and do a flavor taste bang in the middle of mango-season.

Facts About These Paperboat Drinks – Alphonso Aam, Aam Panna & Aamras

  1. These drinks contain no added preservatives.
  2. They are made from natural ingredients, thus they contain all the natural nutrients of the fruit.
  3. There is no added color.
  4. These contain no bio-engineered ingredients.
  5. All the mango flavored drinks are anti-oxidant in nature.

It is also important for you to note down a few key details that are mentioned in the packaging.

  1. Once the package’s seal is broken, you must keep it in a cold place and must be consumed within 24 hrs.
  2. Avoid keeping it under direct sunlight.
  3. There are added flavors in the mix, so it is advised to keep your consumption limited.

FirstImpressions Of The Mango Infused Paperboat Drinks

As we have mentioned, there are three mango-based beverages that have been introduced by Paperboat over a period of time, and since its mango-season, we got hold of each one of them in order to taste them out. Here is what we found:

1. Aam Panna

Yummy and addictive. Paperboat Aam Panna made out of the green mango pulp and lemon mixed with spices is as flavorful as it can get. Having a refreshing taste this drink will surely rejuvenate your energy irrespective of the weather.

2. Aamras

A perfectly sweetened beverage, Paperboat Aamras is of major traditional value in the western part of India, and Paperboat has done justifiably well in recreating it with a perfect volume of mangoes mixed with spices. With over 45% of mango pulp, it contains a little amount of added sugar, and is quite tasty.

45% of its total content is pure and natural mango.

3. Alphonso Aam

Alphonso is a hugely loved mango-variety and Paperboat’s all orange tetra-bottle is thick and sweet. It contains 15% alphonso mango puree (from a total of 25% mango puree). Paperboat Alphonso Aam was the least favorite flavor because of the sheer sweetness of the drink, but if you have a thing for sweet mango drinks, you may enjoy this too.

Belonging to India, this particular flavor is perfectly sweet and contains real mango pulp.

In the end, it is safe to say that all the above mango beverages by Paperboat – Paperboat Aamras, Paperboat  Aam Panna and Paperboat Alphonso Aam are quite authentic in their taste. For the mango-season, these could be yet another way of enjoying the king of fruits.
