Aroma + Appearance

The brownie looked like a regular, square-shaped, crisp-crusted dessert. It had shades of chocolate brown. We could see a lot of layers. This had a rich cocoa aroma. 

Taste + Texture

Texture-wise, the surface had the wafery crust but had a dry mouthfeel. The inner layers were soft and chewy, but the fudginess was not up to the mark. This was a crumbly brownie that lacked the characteristic gooey texture.

In terms of taste, the brownie was chocolatey and had a rounded sweetness. Nothing too special, but not too disappointing either. This doesn’t taste eggy.
