Baidyanath Ayurvedic Juices – Let’s Decode the 4 Variants

Let’s get into details of each of these 4 Ayurvedic Juices.

1. Baidyanath Ladakh Berry Juice | For Healthy Heart

Ladakh Berry is also known as Seabuckthorn, which is loaded with vitamin C. In fact, these berries are one of the richest sources of Vitamin C and omega 6. There is no added sugar in the juice which is always a plus point. The Ladakh Berry Juice has a lot of tanginess to it and is very flavorful. This juice also has Arjuna and pomegranate.

2. Baidyanath Kokkum Juice | For Weight Management

The company claims that this juice can help with digestion and weight management. Key ingredients used are kokum, aloe, Guggulu, and stevia. We could not taste much of kokum, as aloe was the dominant flavor. Out of the two, we tasted so far, we preferred the Ladakh berry juice. It was tangier and had a nice flavor.

3. Baidyanath Wheatgrass Juice| Immunity Booster

The juice contains the following key ingredients – Wheatgrass, tulsi, giloy, and aloe. The label mentions that this is a great immunity-boosting beverage that can help fight flu-like symptoms, sore throat, chest congestion, and recurrent fever. The moment we opened the bottle, we could smell the tulsi but couldn’t actually taste it. The aloe flavor was very dominant, and why wouldn’t it be. The content of aloe juice and pulp is 12% while giloy is only 4 %. The entire taste of the juice has high tones of wheatgrass and aloe. Surprisingly, this also had the MOST vitamin C content.

4. Baidyanath Aloe Vera Juice | Skin, Liver and Digestion

Once again, this juice is also high in vitamin C content. Claiming to improve liver, digestion, and skin quality, the key ingredients include orange, aloe vera, and stevia. Most of us will agree that aloe vera juice is an acquired taste and has a very fibrous texture. That pulpy texture from aloe and oranges was very much present. The addition of orange adds a lot of freshness to the drink. If you are having aloe vera juice regularly, do give this one a try to break the monotony.

Now, we cannot assure you if the health claims made by the company are true or not. These drinks are supposed to be had consistently, over a long period of time to see any noticeable effects on health. No doubt, these juices are packed with a whole lot of goodness and can be had as an in-between drink. It’s a health drink that is loaded with vitamin C, and the calories are low. Go ahead and give it a try!

Mishry Rating (On a scale of 0-5)

Conclusion

We reviewed 4 variants of Baidyanath Juices and concluded that they tasted fresh and pulpy. We rated all the juices between 3.5 to 4 on a scale of 5. Each juice has its own purpose. Try it and enjoy these Ayurvedic Tasty Juices.
