Summary

These nankhatais have a balanced sweetness and prominent flavor of cardamom. However, the butteriness and melt in mouth texture of a classic nankhatai is missing.

Nankhatai is a popular and traditional cookie made using three main ingredients – refined wheat flour, ghee, and sugar.

Being well-known for its dairy products, Amul recently entered the snack market and brought in a range of cookies and now nankhatais. Available in three different variants – Cashew, Almond, and Elaichi, these nankhatais are made using Amul Butter and whole wheat atta.

For our review process, we ordered almond nankhatais from an online portal. Our entire experience is detailed in our Amul Butter Almond Nankhatai review.
